Summer Courses

Our Summer Program offers four exciting courses for kids to choose from: Gymnastics, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and Self-Defense. Kids can specialize in one course or combine them to develop a variety of skills. Kids will have fun, make new friends, while working on their flexibility,  fitness, and martial arts skills.



Our Kickboxing course is the perfect way to keep your child active and healthy during the Summer months. With experienced instructors and a fun, supportive environment, your child will learn new skills and make new friends.



Join our summer course on Taekwondo and learn new flashy kicks and tricks while having fun! Our experienced instructors will guide your kids through the techniques help learn impressive new skills.



Our gymnastics course is a great oppor-tunity for kids to have fun improving their flexibility. With tumbling tracks and bouncy mats, they'll have a blast while learning new skills.



Our self-defense course for kids teaches valuable techniques to protect themselves in dangerous situations. With our experienced instructors, your child will gain confidence and skills to stay safe.

Our Kids Martial Arts program is run by Robert Koning from the Netherlands. Robert brings extensive experience and knowledge of various martial arts styles such as Taekwondo ITF, Ashihara, TBN, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate and Kickboxing.


Robert strives to provide a fun, encouraging and motivating environment for every student, no matter their age or skill level.  His fun and engaging methods help instill confidence in his students while ensuring they are progressing their techniques and achieving their goals.
